To Troubleshoot, click on any step for more detailed information.

1.Download the app to your phone.

2. Put the Sleepifi device on your wrist and finger.

3. Turn the device on and pair it to your phone by pressing "Scan" in the app.

4.Enter your Information into the app.

5.Press "Start Recording"
In the Morning-Press "End Recording"

6.Send the device back in the required time.

7. Attend your Results Visit
